The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by Headspace to provide Associate’s support for everyday challenges and stress. It is your resource for support on issues like (but not limited to) job pressures, grief, loss, or even disability. The EAP provides 6 FREE counseling sessions per issue per year and unlimited FREE coaching sessions available 24/7. Information shared with the EAP is completely confidential and no information is shared with Paycor, including your name. You and your family, including spouses and dependents 13 and older, can access the EAP at any time! You do not have to be enrolled in Paycor benefits to utilize the EAP.
