We know “presence” when we see it, but how do we define it for ourselves? Even more, how can we practice it? Training to build your own presence is an essential element in creating confidence in the various roles we inhabit throughout the day. Participants will work together on exercises designed to help them become stronger communicators and sharper presenters.
Participants receive individualized assessments and personalized goals for further development. This two-part workshop includes a 90- minute group session, followed by 50-minute individualized 1:1 coaching. The group session will focus on:
– Defining and understanding “presence”
– Recognizing the obstacles to effective presence
– Understanding the importance of posture, body language, and non-verbal communication
– Harnessing the strength of your unique voice
– Speaking confidently in both scripted and unscripted presentations
